Spring Outing at PAYER China

All employees of PAYER China came together for a special spring outing to celebrate ONE PAYER TO BE NUMBER ONE.

Last week, everything at PAYER China revolved around community and team spirit: all employees came together for a special spring outing at the beautiful Shanghu Lake Park. Surrounded by blooming nature, the teams enjoyed a day full of activities, team challenges, and inspiring encounters.

Starting the Day with Energy

The day kicked off with an energetic opening: a group dance immediately ensures a good mood and created a lively atmosphere. Following that, the teams demonstrated their creativity and cohesion through imaginative group formations.

Team Challenges & Action

The core of the day consisted of diverse outdoor activities that tested physical fitness, teamwork, and coordination. Highlights included the Plank Challenge, frisbee target throwing, precision football, and coordination and agility games.  After a well-deserved lunch break, further challenges were carried out before the award ceremony took place, at which the winning team was honored.

A Special Highlight

A particularly meaningful sign of appreciation: CEO Michael Viet and Head of People & Culture Daniela Riedler personally joined the spring outing during their trip to China. They took the opportunity to engage with local employees and experience the positive team dynamics firsthand.

Stronger Together

The spring outing was much more than just a day outdoors – it was a true reflection of our corporate culture in action. Creativity, unity, and mutual respect defined the event and powerfully embodied the PAYER spirit.
